XI. SCHOOL CANTEEN MANAGEMENT |

Project SERVICE (Schools Earning Raised by Varied and Improved Canteen Expenditures) |
Service is the main
consideration for operating a school canteen and profit is only secondary
since the clientele are the pupils/students who are dependent only upon their
meager allowance. School earning is not dependent on the additional mark-up
prices of food items sold but also in the variation of prepared and cooked
foods. When services are improved and canteen expenditures are properly
disbursed, feeding funds will be maximized. |
